Abstract

Total surface energy of a polytetrafluoroethylene polymer film modified in a nonequilibrium plasma of a low-current atmospheric-pressure surface discharge has been determined. It has been shown that the total surface energy and its dispersive and polar components are inhomogeneous and substantially depend on the current spreading over the film surface.
