Samenvatting

Als de patiënt niet ‘past’ in het reguliere aanbod, moeten wij de handen ineen slaan en als professionals over onze grenzen kijken, andere paden inslaan en met verschillende vakgebieden gaan samenwerken. In het licht van de aanstaande bezuinigingen en eigen bijdragen wellicht zelfs een extra spannende (en ook morele?) opdracht. Wat moet en kan er anders?
