Abstract

A smart helmet is a type of defensive headgear used by a motorist that makes riding a motorcycle safer than ever before. The purpose of this helmet is the safety of motorists. This will be achieved using advanced features including alcohol detection, hazard detection, terrain monitoring and wear and tear detection equipment. Protective helmets use thermoelectric modules to maintain cool temperatures. This makes the helmet functional but also smart for failsafe. Wearing shielding helmet is strictly mandatory, in any other case the transfer will not continue. A radio frequency module can be used as a Wi-Fi transmitter and receiver. If the motorist leaves the road due to the ignition of the mechanical lock, the message will be sent through GSM and location at the time of accident with the help of GPS module.
