Op ic-afdelingen hebben artsen geregeld conflicten met families die niet accepteren dat de behandeling van een patiënt wordt gestaakt, zo meldt de Volkskrant. Dat leidt in sommige gevallen tot rechtszaken en in een enkel geval tot bedreiging of geweld.
