Abstract

The use of minimally invasive techniques to manage an ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) has been well described. In this case report, we describe the management of an UPJO and a large renal vein varix discovered at the time of robotic pyeloplasty. The control and precision of robotic assistance was key to the effective management of this intra-operative finding.
