Onlangs heeft minister Ab Klink van VWS besloten de Wet beroepen in de individuele gezondheidszorg (BIG) aan te gaan passen. Met deze wijziging wordt geregeld dat nurse-practitioners en physician-assistants legaal kleine ingrepen kunnen gaan verrichten.
