Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

The chemical reduction of Ni2+ by aqueous sodium borohydride yields fine-particle Ni-B powders containing 11 to 43 at. % B, depending on solution composition and precipitation temperature. The crystallization processes induced by heating the powders depend significantly on boron content.
