Inconsistency of canonical commutation relations among current densities

  • Published:
Il Nuovo Cimento A (1965-1970)

Summary

Ordinary commutation relations among current densities have been shown to lead to inconsistency without assuming the conservation law of currents. Also it is demonstrated that the ordinary PS-PV meson theory and also the σ-model will give rise to similar inconsistencies in general.
