  7. Vor dem Hämolyseversuch muß in Einzelproben der Filtrate mittels Lackmustinktur die Reaktion geprüft werden; die Reaktion muß neutral sein. Saure Filtrate dürfen nicht zum Versuch verwendet werden.

  8. Auf 250 ccm physiologischer Lösung werden 0,6 ccm Formalin zugesetzt.
