Brillouin Scattering Study on the single crystals ofl-arginine phosphate (LAP)

  • Published:
Zeitschrift für Physik B Condensed Matter

Abstract

This is the first report representing Brillouin Scattering Studies on single crystals of monoclinic LAP, which is a new organic material very useful for secondary harmonic generation. The crystal elastic constants were evaluated from the measured data. The curves of the reciprocal velocity and the acoustic velocity as a function of temperature are given here.
