Die vonBerg undBecker angegebene Nachweisreaktion für Hydroxylamin mit Oxin wurde zu einer photometrischen Bestimmung von Hydroxylaminmengen von 100 bis 0,2μg ausgearbeitet. Die Reaktion beginnt beiph = 10,00 und erreicht · beiph = 11,50 ein Maximum. Ammoniumsalze stören erst bei etwa 1000fachem Überschuß. Die Bestimmung des bei der Verseifung von Cyclohexanonoxim entstehenden Hydroxylamins wird beschrieben.
