Summary

A description is given of thin-layer Chromatographic procedures for the separation of vegetable tanning materials (extracts and barks) on Eastman Chromagram Sheets made of polyamide and Gelman Silicagel Sheets. The general properties of such Sheets are outlined.

Zusammenfassung

Es werden dünnschicht-chromatographische Verfahren zur Trennung von vegetabilischen Gerbextrakten und Rindengerbstoffen auf Fertigschichten aus Polyamid und Kieselgel auf Glasfaservlies beschrieben. Auf die allgemeinen Eigenschaften derartiger Fertigschichten wird hingewiesen.
