Zusammenfassung
1. Die narkotisierte Ratte ist als poikilothermes Versuchsobjekt brauchbar. Das Temperaturniveau läßt sich leicht auf gewünschte Werte einstellen. Die Differenz zwischen Leber- und Rektaltemperatur ist nicht ganz konstant, die Leber bleibt aber stets wärmer.
2. Der Temperaturquotient (Q10) für die Gallensekretion liegt zwischen 2 und 3. Bei 39–40° Lebertemperatur ist das Maximum der Cholerese.
3. Die prozentuale Sekretionssteigerung durch Dehydrocholat (Decholin), Cholat, und die Natriumsalze der Bernsteinsäureester von Phenylmethylkarbinol (PMCB) und Tolylmethylkarbinol (TMCB) ist bei 26° und 36° C Lebertemperatur etwa gleich. Die absolute Wirkung ist bei 36° höher. (Nach Literaturangaben ist die Giftigkeit des Novokains bei niedriger Temperatur größer!)
4. Der Eintritt des maximalen Effektes vom PMCB ist im Gegensatz zur Decholinwirkung bei niedriger Temperatur stark verzögert. Wahrscheinlich muß der wasserlösliche Ester im Körper erst verseift werden, bevor das fettlösliche Phenylmethylkarbinol zur Wirkung kommt.
