Abstract
On the morning of October 31, 2017, the MEP held the October press conference, introducing the progress of some key work of the MEP. Fang Li, Director-General of the Bei**g Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, Wen Wurui, Director-General of the Tian** Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, and Gao Jianmin, Director-General of the Hebei Provincial Environmental Protection Administration, respectively, talked about the progress of the key action of comprehensive treatment against air pollution during the fall and winter seasons in the Bei**g–Tian**–Hebei region and answered questions from the media. This is the first time that the major responsible persons from local environmental departments are invited to such press conferences.
