Abstract

Ontspanning betekent je rustig en kalm voelen, ‘zonder spanning’. Na vervelende of verwarrende gebeurtenissen voelen we ons vaak gespannen en bezorgd.We voelen ons beter als we leren ons lichaam en hoofd te ontspannen.
