Zusammenfassung
Medien und Kommunikationsformen verändern sich durch den digitalen Wandel rapide. Für die Marketingkommunikation und das Brand Management kristallisieren sich neue Instrumente heraus, die u. a. durch Vernetzung, Partizipation und Multimedialität gekennzeichnet sind. Ebenso werden neue Muster des Zielgruppenzugangs und der -verschränkung relevant. Insgesamt verändern sich die Möglichkeiten, eine Unternehmensmarke sichtbar und erlebbar zu machen. Wichtige Veränderungsbereiche und ihre Auswirkungen auf die Markenkommunikation werden in diesem Kapitel umrissen. Auch die Grenzen werden angesprochen.
