Überlegungen zu den Perspektiven von Herrschaft in der künftigen Weltpolitik

Zusammenfassung

In meinem Beitrag beschäftige ich mich mit der Frage, welche Formen von Ordnung sich am wahrscheinlichsten auf der internationalen Ebene herausbilden werden. Ich begrenze die Frage nach der Ordnung auf politische Ordnung, die ich sodann mit Herrschaftsordnung gleichsetze. Ich erläutere zunächst mein Verständnis von Ordnung und rechtfertige die Konzentration auf das Thema internationale Staatenordnung – also Ordnung nicht in der „Weltgesellschaft“, sondern in der „internationalen Gesellschaft“ im Sinne der Englischen Schule (Bull 1977).
