Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag zielt daher darauf ab, bekannte Prinzipien aus Bewerberreaktions- und Technologieakzeptanzforschung neu zu betrachten und Stellschrauben für moderne und innovative Personalauswahl am Beispiel zeitversetzter Video-Interviews aufzuzeigen.
Es ist nicht gesagt, dass es besser wird, wenn es anders wird. Wenn es aber besser werden soll, muss es anders werden.
