Abstract

This paper combines ergonomics theory to study the fatigue factors of construction workers from five aspects: worker, working environment, machinery equipment, organization and management and work itself. We use the questionnaire survey method to study the factors affecting the fatigue of construction workers, and use SPSS24.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of the obtained data. AMOS17.0 software performs the confirmatory analysis and obtains the structural equation that affects the fatigue factor of the operation. The model, and therefore proposed a feasible countermeasure.
