The Application of Smart Phone APP Mobile Platform in College English Online and Offline Learning

Abstract

With the development of information technology, mobile terminals such as smart phones and tablet computers have been integrated into people’s lives and studies, bringing students the good visual and auditory experience, and becoming the important path to enhance students’ interest. In order to meet the needs of online and offline mixed teaching of college English, this paper is based on the mobile learning platform of the smart phone App. First, recommended to develop the architecture of the smart phone App mobile learning platform; then, design the smart phone App mobile learning platform software architecture to improve the quality and efficiency of software development; finally, purpose specific application strategies: improve the usability of smart phone App mobile learning platform, improve the interactivity of the smart phone App mobile learning platform, innovate teachers’ deep participation in the new model of English teaching based on smart phone APP, and improve students’ autonomous learning ability based on smart phone APP.
