Human resources management system is the integration of various human resource management practices adopted to achieve organizational goals. It is the core concept of strategic human resources management. With the continuous development of human resources management practice and research, its traditional one-dimensional perspectives are gradually replaced by the systematic view. The systematic view emphasizes the synergy between different practices of human resources management, believing that these practices do not contribute to the outcomes individually. Instead, they work together in the forms of “bundles” or “clusters” to influence organizational performance. Compared with a single human resource management practice, the human resource management system is more conducive to an organization to build a lasting competitive advantage.
