Abstract

On the basis of introducing the structural form and working performance of double-belt ship unloaders, this chapter summarizes the working characteristics of double-belt ship unloaders; analyzes the structure, working principle, and technical characteristics of the double-belt conveying system, air chamber chute, double spiral and impeller reclaiming device, and vertical screw reclaiming device; and lists the performance parameters of typical double-belt ship unloader products, as well as the standards and specifications that can be followed or referenced in the design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, debugging, inspection, and acceptance of double-belt ship unloaders.
