Abstract

The development and application of AI have promoted the transformation of warfare into an intelligent form. This article explores that AI is essentially a kind of manifestation of “intelligence” and analyzes that the intelligent design of weapons and equipment cannot be separated from human “intelligence”. The article concludes that the core of intelligent warfare is to develop “intelligence” from the following four aspects, they are: 1. Intelligent warfare is based on intelligent weapons and equipment; 2. The application of intelligent weapons and equipment needs intelligent talents; 3. Military theory research on intelligent warfare is a sublimation of “intelligence”; 4. Winning an intelligent warfare requires the integration of human intelligence and equipment “intelligence”.
