Abstract

On 19 September 2019, the trial concluded on three TEPCO senior management personnel, whether they had been negligent in causing the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant disaster. They were found not guilty. Before the trial concluded, TEPCO and the three defendants repeatedly apologized to the public and to the Fukushima residents.
