Abstract
In terms of the disadvantages of the traditional mechanical Torque Limiter (TL) of high-lift system, such as heavy and failure on-line monitoring, an electronic torque monitoring and limiting technology is proposed. Firstly, the paper is introduced the basic principle and control logic of Electronic Torque Limiter (ETL) technology of High-Lift System (HLS). Then SimulationX is used to model and simulate the system and the dynamic characteristics of the electronic torque monitoring and limiting technology is analyzed when the transmission system of high-lift system has Jam. The simulation results show that when the jam fault occurs, the peak torque of transmission system using ETL technology is smaller than that using TL under the same transmission system configuration of high-lift system. It will be certain current significance to the application of electronic torque monitoring and limiting technology in the high-lift system of large civil aircraft.
