Abstract

The cabinet of electric power, communication and other industries is required to reach IPx4 protection level, and the high protection louver structure, which has the new special-shaped air ducts, can meet this requirement. In order to analyze the ventilation efficiency of the new louver structure, the simulation analysis experimental models of various louver structures are constructed. According to the common Bernoulli principle, the Bernoulli equation of the simulation model is deduced. And then the parameters are selected for ventilation efficiency analysis. The comparative analysis of ventilation efficiency was carried out, and the qualitative criterion of ventilation efficiency was put forward. The ventilation efficiency of different louver structures is analyzed, using the finite element analysis software. Through the comparative analysis of three different louvers, the effectiveness of the qualitative criterion of ventilation efficiency is verified, and the new high protection louver has excellent comprehensive performance of protection and ventilation.
