Abstract
As oilfield development enters the middle and late stages, the layered water injection technology is develo** in the direction of “intelligence” and “digitization”. Since 2017, Huabei Oilfield has carried out pre-installed cable based intelligent injection for high temperature deep inclined wells in response to key technical problems such as high temperature and high pressure difference intelligent water distribution, packer cable crossing technology, cable sealing technology, onsite quick connection technology and remote control. Technological research and field test. The technology is mainly composed of a cable packer, an intelligent water distributor, a downhole transmission system (cable), a ground control system and a remote control system. The intelligent water distributor monitors the production dynamic data of the intervals in real time, and automatically adjusts the injection volume of each interval; through the remote control system, the surface control system and the downhole transmission system, the production dynamic realtime monitoring and remote control are realized. Through the field test of the process, the injection qualification rate has increased to more than 90%, and the development effect of water flooding reservoirs has been significantly improved; realtime monitoring of production data can provide a large amount of data support for the fine description of the reservoir and adjustment of production dynamics, sealing and deployment, etc. The work realizes remote control, which saves labor and production costs; the later management workload is small, the operation is simple, and it has broad application prospects.
