Abstract
The Joint Open Symposium of the Science Council of Japan and the Japan Society for Occupational Health, entitled “Environmental Cycling of Toxic Materials and Health to Archive Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) 12 Responsible the consumption, and production-” was held at the 92nd Annual Meeting of the Japan Society for Occupational Health on May 25th, 2019. At this symposium, four researchers lectured on environmental risks we are currently facing, as described in Chaps. 8–11. It was emphasized that regulatory science has implications on every aspect of human life.
