Since NASA of USA proclaimed the slogan of “FASTER, CHEAPER, BETTER” for future satellite systems six years ago, the space industry and community all over the world responded positively and almost all accepted it as future trend without any doubt. For develo** countries with limited resources, this trend was viewed as a good opportunity for them to develop their own space technology and hence fulfill their space dreams.
