Summary
Based on Schönberner’s calculations of the evolution of stars in the post AGB phase, we computed models for the evolution of the hydro-dynamical and ionization structure of the planetary nebulae around these central stars. We also computed NLTE model atmospheres for these stars. The results are discussed and compared with observations.
