Report on the Session: Position and Discussion: Solar Data

Abstract

The authors have been asked by the scientific organizing committee to initiate and to guide a round table discussion on solar granulation data presented during the workshop. They understood their task to provoke discussions by listing a number of questions which arose from the preceding oral presentations and from posters. An extended and lively discussion followed after the presentation of such questions, which lasted almost twice as long as foreseen in the program.
