Samenvatting

Er zijn verschillende groepen jeugdigen te onderscheiden die een verhoogd risico lopen eenzaam te worden. Het gaat om jeugdigen met autisme, jeugdigen met ADHD, jeugdigen met leerproblemen, jeugdigen met gedragsproblemen en jeugdigen met een andere etnische achtergrond. Deze jeugdigen wijken in hun doen en laten vaak af van jeugdigen zonder deze specifieke kenmerken. Dat kan nadelig uitwerken in de contacten met leeftijdgenoten, ouders en leerkrachten.
