Samenvatting
Het hoofdstuk begint met een casus van een vrouw die voorover op het ijs valt en haar schouder luxeert. Ondanks een succesvolle repositie van de humeruskop blijft de patiënt klachten houden. Bij het klinisch onderzoek wordt duidelijk dat er sprake is van een posterieure instabiliteit. De rest van het hoofdstuk bespreekt de oorzaken, diagnostiek en therapie van deze wat minder vaak voorkomende vorm van schouderinstabiliteit.
