Abstract
Na 1980 is in Nederland en tal van andere landen een heroriëntatie op de rol van de overheid op gang gekomen. In het algemeen trekt de overheid zich terug ten gunste van de marktsector, in dit verband ook wel private of particuliere sector genoemd.
