Abstract

Jan is een peuter van 18 maanden die opgenomen wordt vanwege een liesbreuk. Er wordt bloed afgenomen met behulp van een vingerprik. Jan schreeuwt moord en brand en zijn moeder spreekt hem sussend toe, maar dat helpt niet. Dan komt een andere verpleegkundige binnen en als zij Jan ziet huilen, geeft zij hem een sticker en doet ook een glittersticker op een wang van Jans moeder. Jan stopt pardoes met huilen en kijkt gefascineerd naar het gezicht van zijn moeder. Vervolgens plakt hij zijn eigen sticker op haar andere wang en lacht door zijn tranen heen.
