Abstract
Structural differences of PrBa2Cu3Ox crystals grown by TSFZ and flux methods were investigated using single crystal X-ray diffraction method, to make clear the origin of their different electrical properties. Obvious differences have been revealed in z-positional, site occupancy, and thermal displacement parameters of the atoms between the two crystals. Among them, occupancy parameter of the Cu(l) site seems differing most significantly between the two crystals.
