Zusammenfassung
Die Bedeutung der Arthroskopie insbesondere in der Diagnostik der rezidivierenden Schultersubluxation ist mittlerweile unbestritten [6, 9, 12]. Es haben sich auch zwangsläufig in der Behandlung der rezidivierenden Schultersubluxation und in weiterer Folge auch der rezidivierenden Schulterluxation verschiedene arthroskopische Methoden herauskristallisiert. L. Johnson propagierte eine Staple-Technik [19], welche jedoch eine relativ hohe Komplikationsrate aufweist [18, 21]. Im eigenen Krankenhaus entstand eine erfolgreiche extraartikuläre Schraubenrefixationstechnik (s. Kap. 6.3). C. Morgan veröffentlichte eine Nahttechnik, bei der die Fäden ursprünglich dorsal, in einer letzten Modifikation aber ventral über dem Labrum geknüpft werden [22]. Eine ähnliche Nahttechnik hat R.B. Caspari 1988 veröffentlicht [11]. Glötzer et al. haben im Jahre 1987 eine Nahttechnik zur arthroskopischen Limbusrefixation veröffentlicht [15]. Mit dieser Nahttechnik wird versucht, die Operation nach Bankart-Bunnell [10] auf arthroskopischem Wege nachzuvollziehen.
