Wie unterscheiden sich Menschen in ihrem Temperament und Verhalten in der sozialen Interaktion? Wie unterscheiden sich Menschen in ihrer Intelligenz, Kreativität sowie in sozialen und emotionalen Kompetenzen? Welche unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse, Motive, Interessen und Erwartungen steuern unser Handeln, und wie bewältigen wir Stress und Gefahrsituationen? Welchen Einfluss haben Einstellungen zu sozialen Gruppen oder Konsumgütern auf unser Verhalten und wodurch werden unser Selbstkonzept, unser Selbstwertgefühl und unsere Lebenszufriedenheit bestimmt? Wie lassen sich diese Persönlichkeitseigenschaften diagnostizieren und welchen Einfluss haben sie auf die Bildung, die Arbeitswelt und die Verarbeitung von Krankheiten und kritischen Lebensereignissen?
