Abstract
The Learning Revolution has already changed the DNA of corporate learning sustainably. Where these transformation processes will lead in the long term, nobody can say for sure—despite all trend studies. But it is clear that the roles and responsibilities of all those involved in the learning process will change deeply and continue to change. Accordingly, we were often confronted with resistance in our lectures, workshops and trainings at the beginning—in the form of “This does not work for us and is also not necessary with us!”. Today, this sometimes very emotionally charged dispute has given way to more thoughtful tones. The proportion of those who still seriously doubt that the learning landscape will change is decreasing.
