Zusammenfassung

Patienten, die sich einem peripher-arteriellen Gefäßeingriff unterziehen müssen, leiden sehr häufig an einer generalisierten Gefäßsklerose. Ziel der Operation ist eine möglichst komplette Wiederherstellung der Strombahn durch Anlage eines Bypasses. Die anästhesiologisch relevanten chirurgischen Besonderheiten sowie deren Management werden in diesem Kapitel erörtert.
