Zusammenfassung
Hämatoporphyrinderivate werden als Grundsubstanzen der Photodynamischen Therapie vielfach in der medizinischen Forschung eingesetzt. Wichtige Mermale dieser Substanzen sind ihre Photoaktivität, ein gewisser Akkumulationseffekt in Tumorgewebe und die im allgemeinen starke Fluoreszenz.
