Zusammenfassung

Die fortgeschrittene chronische mukopurulente Bronchitis zeichnet sich häufig durch einen Wandel ihres bakteriellen Erregerspektrums aus mit Dominanz von Enterobakterien und Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Die Entwicklung neuerer β-Lactamantibiotika mit verbesserter Wirksamkeit gegen gramnegative Keime ist daher fur dieses Patientengut von Bedeutung.
