Abstract

The problem of the Anderson localization has been studied both analytically and numerically using various methods and theoretical techniques. The central interest for the last few years is concerned with the question how far we can go by applying the concept of scaling and the renormalization group theory to this problem. Now that the attempts along this line are still in progress and that several important features are controversial, it will be worth trying some other methods as well.
