Zusammenfassung

Substituierte Benzamide werden bislang aufgrund ihres speziellen pharmakologischen Wirkprofils als eigenständige Gruppe psychotroper Substanzen angesehen: Pharma-kologisch-neurobiochemisch bewirken sie eine selektive Blockade einer Subpopulation adenylatzyklase-unabhängiger D2-Rezeptoren mit regionaler Wirkpräferenz für das mesolimbische System (Jenner u. Marsden 1981; Scatton et al. 1979).
