Zusammenfassung

Akustisch evozierte Hirnstammpotentiale (AEHP) werden in zunehmendem Maß zur Objektivierung von Störungen im Stammhirnbereich auch bei Patienten unter Intensivtherapie eingesetzt [1,2,3,4]. In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll der Wert dieser Methode für Prognose und Verlaufsbeobahctung komatöser Kinder, auch im Vergleich zu EEG und dopplersonographischen Flußmessungen untersucht werden.
