Abstract
Since S. Cobb first described the combination of a spinal with a cutaneus angiomatosis in 1915, only a few other cases have been published. We will review the clinical and radiological signs and symptoms, and our experience with the endovascular treatment of 32 cases of Cobb syndrome.
