Zusammenfassung
Das Adenokarzinom des Pankreas stellt heute mit bis zu 10 Fällen pro 100000 Einwohnern pro Jahr die vierthäufigste Karzinomtodesursache dar [1, 2]. Der steigenden Inzidenz stehen die späte und oft schwierige Diagnosestellung und die schlechte Prognose gegenüber. Die 5-Jahresüberlebensrate liegt nur bei etwa 3% und hat sich in den letzten Jahren nicht wesentlich verbessert [3].
