Zusammenfassung
Klinisch relevante molekularbiologische Diagnostik nimmt in der Andrologie immer noch eine untergeordnete Rolle ein. Nur in der humangenetischen Abklärung männlicher Infertilität wird sie routinemäßig z.B. bei dem Nachweis von Deletionen auf dem langen Arm des Y-Chromosoms eingesetzt.
