Zusammenfassung
1976 zeigten Janossy et al. (4), daß die leukämischen Zellen der Blastenkrise (BK) bei chronischer myeloischer Leukämie (CML) in einem Teil der Fälle mit einem Antiserum gegen die akute Lymphoblastenleu-kämie vom Null-Zeil-Typ (cALL) reagieren. In der Regel sprechen Patienten mit “lymphoidem” (cALL-Antigen positivem) Blastenschub auf eine Behandlung mit Vincristin (V) und Prednisolon (P) an und erreichen längere Überlebenszeiten als Patienten mit myeloblastärem Schub. Nach neueren klinischen Beobachtungen (10,11) ist das Risiko eines menin-gealen Befalls bei Patienten mit BK, die eine hämatologische Remission erreichen, etwa ebenso hoch wie bei der kindlichen ALL (3).
