Zusammenfassung

Das Adenokarzinom des Pankreas bietet je nach Lokalisation und Ausbreitung ein unterschiedliches klinisches Beschwerdebild. Dabei können eine adäquate Anamneseerhebung und eine gezielte körperliche Untersuchung erste Hinweise für ein fortgeschrittenes Tumorleiden ergeben. Neben den führenden Symptomen Schmerz, Ikterus und Gewichtsverlust können sowohl eine exokrine als auch eine endokrine Pankreasinsuffizienz bestehen mit den dafür charakteristischen Beschwerden. Zusätzlich besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko für die Entwicklung paraneoplastisch bedingter Thrombosen mit der Komplikation einer Lungenarterienembolie. Die Thrombophlebitis migrans sowie kutane Manifestationen sind markante, aber seltene klinische Erscheinungsbilder.
